This project encompassed three phases A, B & C involving 300 brick faced precast concrete cladding panels. There were significant challenges involved with designing and installing panels which are fixed to an existing structure where the connection positions are not as predictable as generally encountered on a new build construction. The end finish is of the very highest standards, with Grants receiving considerable praise for the accuracy and finished quality of the brick faced panels.
