Grosvenor Place taking shape..

Whilst we still have some work to do on the project, the external façade is now taking shape and looking good.

The façade on 1-5 Grosvenor involves Portland limestone cast onto precast panels at our in-house precast facility.

We also have feature elements of architectural concrete, with considerable time and skill invested into developing a Portland architectural mix, it is extremely difficult to tell the natural Portland from the elements of architectural concrete.
